Safer Space

If something or someone made you feel uncomfortable, please let any member of our staff know so that our manager can take immediate action to make The Jungle a safer space for everyone.

Tickets

Advance tickets reserve your place to enter the venue after the posted time for Doors and before the posted time for Music, which is the start of a show. After the start of a show advance tickets allow you to enter only if so doing would not put the venue over the maximum occupancy per the fire code.

As a community music club with limited occupancy, each empty seat has a significant impact on local artists and the venue, so after a show starts we might allow another fan or member of the community to buy a ticket at the door for a show that may have been sold out on paper but had empty space, and that might cause an advance ticket holder arriving even later to have to wait at the door until someone leaves to allow them to enter within the maximum occupancy.
