Confirming a show

No event is booked at The Jungle until it is published on our website Calendar. A booker might discuss a date and time with you, but no event is confirmed until one of our official bookers publishes the event, emails you a link, and you see the event published on our website.

If you have not received an email from one of the email addresses listed below, then you have not been contacted by an official booker of The Jungle.

Our bookers are:

Astro - Astro@TheJungleMusicClub.com

Heather Timmons - tinyoakbooking@gmail.com

Never pay to play. No person will ever be asked to pay to perform or to book a show at The Jungle by The Jungle or any of its agents.

Promoting a show

The best way to promote a show is to invite fans individually - face to face, by text message, or direct message - and ask them to spread the word the same way. Posting a flyer is primarily for reminding fans who already made plans to attend based on an individual invitation.

Performing a show

Read carefully the entire HOLD or CONFIRMATION email from your booker including the Info Sheet for Musicians linked therein, which includes information about equipment, monitors, and payment for performers.

21+ every night. Everyone must show a state or federal ID to enter the building, no exceptions.

Outside food or drinks are not allowed.

If admission is charged, tickets will only be sold by The Jungle staff or an Eventbrite created by an official booker from The Jungle and published on our Eventbrite events page.

ALL performers must arrive no later than 8pm if the show says music starts at 8pm. It is not ok to arrive around 9pm if your set is 10pm. Arrive before the show starts to support all the other artists, and have time to coordinate with host and sound staff.

LOAD IN: 7 pm often, but confirm each show with your booker; 4pm for matinee shows that start at 5pm

MUSIC: often 8-11:30 pm, but confirm with your booker

VENUE HOURS: 5pm-1am every day.
